Basic Hydraulics Training System
Amatrol’s Basic Hydraulics Training System – Double Sided A-Frame Bench with Two Hydraulic Manifolds (850-HD1) features one set of basic hydraulics panels with the option to add another set to the opposite side to double your training capacity. This basic hydraulics training system introduces industry-relevant hydraulic skills while showing learners how to operate, install, design, and troubleshoot basic hydraulics for various applications.
The 850-HD1 includes a controls technology workbench, a hydraulic power unit, and one set of basic hydraulic panels. The system’s industrial-grade hydraulic training components provide learners with real-world experience they would normally only attain on the job. The system also has ample storage slots for additional hydraulic and pneumatic panels that can be added to the system to teach more advanced skills.

Hands-On Training
Study Hydraulic Components and Practice on Real-World Equipment
The 850-HD1’s double-sided bench maximizes training space by allowing learners to use hydraulic panels on both sides of the system. The hydraulic power unit provides hydraulic fluid flow to both sides of the system where learners practice skills, such as connecting and actuating basic hydraulic circuits. When precise flow rates and measurements are required, the system has the ability to limit the flow to one side or the other. Panels can be easily removed and repositioned, and additional panels can be stored underneath the system. Each end of the 850-HD1 features a hose storage rack that contains all the hydraulic hoses needed to perform required skills.
Expand Your System for Additional Learning Opportunities
Users who want to teach basic hydraulics with both sides of the double-sided a-frame bench can add an additional basic hydraulics (85-BH) system. Those who want to move beyond basic hydraulics can easily expand their system by adding a variety of optional learning systems: Intermediate Hydraulics (85-IH), Advanced Hydraulics (85-AH), Electro-Hydraulics (85-EH), Intermediate Pneumatics (85-IP), Advanced Pneumatics (85-AP), Electro-Pneumatics (85-EP), and Electro-Fluid Power (85-EF). These optional systems integrate seamlessly with the basic fluid power training system and teach intermediate to advanced hydraulic and pneumatic concepts, including electrical relay control of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Interactive eLearning
Engaging, Highly-Interactive Multimedia
Amatrol’s eLearning curriculum features a highly-interactive, multimedia format that includes stunning 3D graphics and videos, voiceovers of all text, and interactive quizzes and exercises designed to appeal to learners with different learning styles. The combination of theoretical knowledge and hands-on skills solidifies understanding and creates a strong basis for pursuing more advanced skills.
The curriculum also features a virtual trainer option that allows learners to gain skills through realistic simulation before using the real equipment. The combination of theoretical knowledge and hands-on skills solidifies understanding and creates a strong basis for pursuing more advanced skills.
Free Learning Management System (LMS)
Amatrol eLearning is easy-to-use for both students and instructors. Its web-based interface is simple to navigate and available on any WebGL-compatible Internet browser. Instructors love Amatrol eLearning for its simple, yet sophisticated Learning Management System (LMS). The LMS allows instructors to create custom courses, monitor student participation, track course progress, assess knowledge levels prior to a course, and test knowledge levels after completion. Learners appreciate the fact that they can start and stop as needed, moving through each Amatrol course at their own pace. If a self-review reveals that they didn’t understand a particular topic as well as they thought they did, they can revisit it before moving on.
